MCP Connector Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Agentibus MCP connector (the "Connector"), built on the Vendus platform,, the remote Model Context Protocol server at https://vendus-mcp-directory.fly.dev/mcp that lets an AI assistant work inside a Vendus workspace. The Connector is provided by Agentibus OÜ ("Agentibus", "we", "us"). How it works is described in the Connector documentation.

These terms supplement the Vendus Terms and Conditions (the "Vendus Terms") and the Data Processing Agreement that already apply to your business's use of Vendus. Where these terms deal specifically with the Connector, they prevail for the Connector. On everything else the Vendus Terms apply.

By authorizing an AI assistant to use the Connector, you accept these terms on behalf of the business that owns the workspace, and you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

2. Who can use the Connector

• The Connector is available only to people who have a Vendus account and access to the workspace they connect. There is no anonymous access.
• Vendus is a service for businesses and professionals. The Connector is not intended for consumers.
• The AI assistant you connect (for example Muse, Claude or ChatGPT) is a third-party product governed by its provider's own terms and privacy policy. Those terms apply in addition to these. We do not control the assistant and are not responsible for it.

3. What the Connector does

Through the Connector, the AI assistant can read data of your workspace and act in it, within the scopes you grant: platform:read for reading, platform:write for changes and actions. Each tool and its effect is listed in the documentation.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the actions taken through your connection, including actions the AI assistant takes on your instructions.
• Review what the assistant proposes before you approve it. If you want a person to approve every reply the agent writes, keep the agent in hybrid mode.
• Your business decides to share its lead data with the AI assistant it connects. As controller of that data, it is responsible for having a legal basis for doing so and for informing its leads where required.
• Messages you send through the Connector must comply with applicable law and with the policies of the channel used, including the WhatsApp Business and Meta platform policies.
• Keep your Vendus login secure and revoke connections you no longer use.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Connector you must not:

• access, or try to access, a workspace you are not authorized to use;
• try to bypass the workspace binding, the scopes, the rate limit or any other security control;
• send spam or other unsolicited messages, or messages that breach the rules of the channel used;
• extract personal data of people who have nothing to do with your business's leads, or use lead data for purposes other than your business's relationship with those leads;
• use data obtained through the Connector to build a product that competes with Vendus;
• interfere with the Connector or with Vendus, or use them in breach of the Vendus Terms.

6. Access control, suspension and revocation

• Access uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Each access token is bound to one workspace and to the scopes you granted, and expires after 1 hour. Every call is recorded in an audit log.
• You can revoke a connection at any time in the Vendus dashboard, under Settings > API Keys, in the list of MCP connections.
• The workspace owner can ask us to turn the Connector off for the whole workspace.
• We may suspend or revoke a connection, or turn the Connector off for a workspace, if we reasonably believe it is being misused, if it puts the security of Vendus or of other customers at risk, or if the Vendus contract of the workspace is suspended or ends.

7. Rate limits and availability

Each connection may send up to 120 requests per minute. Requests above the limit are refused.

The Connector is provided as part of the Vendus service, under the service delivery terms of the Vendus Terms. No separate service level applies to the Connector unless agreed in writing. We may change, update or discontinue the Connector or individual tools. We will give notice of material changes as described in section 12.

8. AI output

AI assistants and Vendus agents can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. Output obtained through the Connector is not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. Check it before relying on it or acting on it.

9. Data protection

The Connector Privacy Policy explains what data the Connector processes and why. Lead data reached through the Connector is processed by Agentibus as a processor on behalf of your business under the Data Processing Agreement, with the sub-processors listed on the Sub-processors page.

10. Intellectual property

The Connector and its software remain the property of Agentibus, as set out in the Vendus Terms. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Connector for your workspace while your Vendus contract is in force. Your business's data remains your business's data.

11. Warranty and liability

The Connector is provided "as is". The warranty limitations and the limitation of liability of the Vendus Terms (sections 7 and 8) apply to the Connector, including the cap on our total liability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the processing carried out by the AI assistant you connect, or for messages and changes that you, or the assistant acting on your instructions, approved through the Connector. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. We will announce material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in the Vendus dashboard, unless a change is required sooner by law or for security reasons. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the Connector and revoke your connections.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The courts of Tallinn (Estonia) have exclusive jurisdiction, as in the Vendus Terms.
